Covington – While the family was mourning the death of Ed Evans, 71, who died Saturday, they received a message that his brother, John Evans, 93, had died at his home at Three Rivers, Mich. The latter lived here several years. The Covington resident, a former café owner here, died at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Danville, Ill. Funeral services were held today. Survivors are the widow, a daughter and three brothers. - kbz
